The depth of the purenite box is a parameter that depends on the type of slat of the outdoor blind and the chosen type of purenite box.

In most cases, we encounter two main categories:

  • For standard Z90, C80, S90 type slats, an internal box space of 135 mm depth is required.
  • For tapered slats of types C65, Z70, S65, a box with a depth of 120 mm is required.

These specifications are essential for the correct installation of louvres to ensure optimum performance without compromise.

The overall depth of the box is therefore based on the space required, the thickness of the purenite plate which forms the front of the box and the thickness of the box insulation placed towards the lintel.
