Purenite insulation lining

Purenite insulation lining is made of a sandwich of purenite and XPS 30 mm thick (10 mm purenite as a bearing plate, 20 mm XPS as insulation), the louvre casing is 25 mm deep. The sandwich casing protrudes 5 mm. We also produce a variant with a fully recessed under-mounted housing.

Advantages of purenite lining:

  • System solution for under-mounted guide rails in louvre size
  • Easy installation
  • Excellent insulation properties

Pet insulation lining

The advantage of PET insulation sheathing is its universal use, the material is rigid, lightweight and holds anchoring equipment well. The cladding is resistant to moisture and construction chemicals.

Advantages of pet insulation lining:

  • For polystyrene and weathered facades
  • Specified for mechanical anchoring to brackets and flat bonding
  • Quick and easy installation, universal use

System insulation lining

This procedure is designed for installation with both purenite and sheet metal boxes. It facilitates and speeds up the installation of the soffit sleeves while creating insulation of the lining. It is primarily designed for flat bonding to masonry or CBA. The material is made of a stabilized thermally insulated polystyrene foam board with high pressure load requirements. A classic housing for 25 x 23 mm exterior blinds is embedded in the board.

System lining parameters:

  • Thermal conductivity coefficient 0.034 W/mK
  • Maximum height in one piece is 2400 mm
  • Maximum width 600 mm
