Purenitic boxes, used for flush mounting, are the ideal solution to ensure flawless execution of the lintel detail, both in terms of insulation and cleanliness of the building elements.
Purenite is resistant to high temperatures, moisture and construction chemicals. Insulation of sensitive parts of the detail is provided by PUREN PIR insulation. The aesthetic finishing touch is the painted or laminated aluminium elements, which are as close as possible to the window frame or the roller shutter itself.
Purenit boxes provide an autonomous space for the installation of the roller shutter in the contact insulation or a prepared pocket in the masonry, where the insulation of the lintel is already solved before installation and the absence of contact insulation is compensated. The metal box of the roller blind, which has no insulation, is then inserted into the prepared space. The great advantage is that the roller shutters do not have to be installed before the contact insulation and are not exposed to the risk of damage. With the help of the boxes we can ensure the preparation and postpone the installation of the roller shutters until later.
In the construction of passive and low-energy houses, we need to move the solution of the details of the installation of screen and exterior roller shutters to the plane of system elements that will be easy and efficient to use on construction sites. The solution stands out due to the small space requirements in the contact insulation. For placing purenite boxes under plaster, contact insulation from 160 mm (including insulation) or 150 mm (if insulation is already in the structure) is sufficient.
