Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the mutual rights and obligations between ISOparts s.r.o. (ID: 06087442) as the Seller and the Buyer. The GTC form an integral part of all purchase contracts concluded on the basis of the Master Purchase Agreement, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The subject of sale are mainly purenite boxes for exterior blinds, finished lining and all accessories for them .
The goods are delivered in good condition, free from factual and legal defects.

Orders are placed in writing, via email or the online system at www.isoparts.cz .
Order must include: assortment, quantity, shipping method and delivery location .
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order in writing or electronically .

Prices are subject to the Seller's current price list and are quoted excluding VAT .
Changes to the price list will be notified to the buyer at least 30 days in advance.
In the event of default in payment, the Seller shall have the right to suspend further deliveries until the amount due is paid in full.

Standard Products: Delivery time up to 3 weeks.
Individual orders: Deadline according to specific quotation .
Place of Performance: Address specified by the buyer, otherwise seller's premises.
Ownership: Passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.

The rights and obligations of the parties arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant generally binding regulations (in particular, Sections 2099 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code).
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. Obvious defects (quantity, mechanical damage to the packaging) must be claimed immediately upon receipt and recorded in the delivery note, otherwise the right to their recognition is extinguished.
Other defects must be claimed by the buyer in writing to the seller without undue delay after discovering them.
Expiry of claim: Compliance with the technical data sheets and installation instructions of the seller is a condition for the acceptance of the claim and the duration of the warranty. In the event of improper assembly or violation of the specified installation conditions, the Buyer's right to claim shall be fully extinguished. The Seller shall not be liable for defects resulting from improper storage, handling or use of the goods contrary to their intended use.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Seller has the right to choose between repairing the goods, supplying replacement goods or providing a reasonable discount on the purchase price.

All technical drawings, calculations, instructions, logos and pricing information constitute trade secrets of the seller and are protected by copyright .
Buyer agrees not to provide these materials to third parties without consent and to return or destroy them after the end of the cooperation.
